This drawing is made on several sheets of drawing paper and is finished as 3 rolls of paper hanging as a triptych. The drawing shows an attic space taken from a Charentais house in which an incident is occurring possibly caused by the birds that have entered through a skylight or the dog which is excited by the birds. A man is precariously standing on a stepladder and a small figure looks up from the bottom of a staircase. There's a window, amn armchair and a quince tree appearing in the edges of the room with its old beamed structure as a roof. Thus there is a conflict between home comfort, outside nature and disturbing presence of animals. This drawing is one of an ongoing series exploring the human presence in an interior, with movement through space and in relation to the outside spaces, all made in the 2018 - 2021 period.
